Next Generation Standard Chuck BR series

Kitagawa's standard chucks is now in a new era.
Gripping accuracy of 0.01mm T.I.R.※3 or less immediately after jaw forming
Reduced jaw-lift provides stable machining quality.
Use of optional "Tnut-Plus" maintains gripping accuracy of 0.01mm T.I.R.※3 or
less even after detaching and attaching formed jaws.
No jaw reforming is required.

Use of the optional "Tnut-Plus" eliminates
the need for jaw reforming.

No reforming required

Saving 450 man-hours per year = 1.35 million yen cost down

Eliminating jaw-reforming shortens setup changing time substantially.

Easily replaceable with the chucks currently in use

It can be easily replaced with Kitagawa B-200 and BB200 series currently in use.
Continued use of the currently used rotary hydraulic cylinder allows you to
implement the best performance at the lowest cost.

  • Gripping accuracies immediately after jaw forming and after jaw detach and attach are according to our product standard. The amount of deflection of the test bar at 10 mm from jaw top when the test bar is gripped by the designated soft jaws.
  • The repeatability of Tnut-Plus installation can only be achieved with our designating soft jaws. Using a third-party jaw not only degrades gripping accuracy, but may also lead to seizing of the sliding surface of the chuck and damage to parts.
  • Only for BR12, the gripping accuracy is 0.015mm T.I.R.
